On a quarterly basis, we aggregate a representative sample of new homes for sale to understand price point availability, pricing trends and general characteristics of inventory across the public builder footprints. Our proprietary data series stretches back to 2015, with home-specific characteristics such as price, square footage, number of bedrooms and number of bathrooms. Overlapped with geo-coding, we analyze what shifting inventory availability and characteristics means for consumers, homebuilders and the national housing market.
